Revenue from operations saw a significant drop of 41.99%, amounting to ₹1,814.06 crore. The company's total expenses decreased by 35.83% to ₹1,472.63 crore, largely due to a 51.15% reduction in costs related to land and properties, as well as an 80.58% decrease in finance costs. However, employee benefit expenses rose by 40.84% to ₹181.64 crore. For the entire fiscal year, DLF achieved a 1.07% increase in net profit, reaching ₹4,414.68 crore, with revenue rising 2.5% to ₹8,194.02 crore. The company also generated a record net cash surplus of ₹7,746 crore, reflecting a 25% year-on-year growth. Additionally, DLF's board has proposed a dividend of ₹8 per equity share, translating to a 400% payout, pending shareholder approval.
