Advent Convention and Hotels International Limited has acquired a significant parcel of land measuring 21,978.22 square meters in Sahar village, Vile Parle, within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, for ₹275 crore. The transaction, which was registered on June 4, 2026, involved a stamp duty payment of ₹16.5 crore. The land was purchased from Advent Hotels International, the parent company, which is publicly listed and operates as a hotel owner, developer, and asset manager. Advent Hotels International boasts a portfolio of seven properties across India, including partnerships with major brands like Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott International. The company is currently developing additional luxury hotels in Delhi Aerocity and the Mumbai region. In financial terms, Advent Hotels International reported a 5.73% year-on-year increase in revenue for FY26, amounting to ₹387.6 crore, while profit after tax surged 181.54% to ₹63.18 crore. However, the profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 showed a decline compared to the previous year, highlighting fluctuations in performance.
