The conflict has led to a significant increase in gasoline prices, which have surged over 40% to around $4.18 per gallon, placing additional strain on American households. Only 22% of respondents approved of Trump's performance on economic issues, down from 25% in the previous poll. While 78% of Republicans continue to support Trump, 41% of them disapprove of his economic management, raising concerns about potential losses in the upcoming November midterm elections. The poll also indicates that independent voters favor Democrats by 14 points, with one in four still undecided. The survey, conducted nationwide with a sample size of 1,269 adults, has a margin of error of 3 percentage points.
