The incident, which occurred on April 13, showed Rawal standing motionless on a public road in Mira-Bhayander, Thane. Investigations revealed that he had consumed five Pregabalin tablets, a drug used for nerve pain, leading to his condition. Rawal admitted to purchasing the tablets without a prescription for intoxication purposes.
