The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an urgent notice regarding the KCET 2026 results, specifically for candidates whose ranks were not announced due to missing Class 12 marks. KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna clarified that this issue affects students from CBSE, ICSE, and other non-state boards, as their marks are not automatically available to KEA. Candidates who failed to upload their qualifying examination marks during the application process will not have a rank assigned. To resolve this, KEA has activated a dedicated online portal where affected students can submit their Class 12 marks and upload their official marksheet. Once submitted and verified, KEA will generate a 'Spot Rank' within five days. The authority has reassured candidates and parents not to panic and to complete the process promptly to ensure a smooth admission experience. KEA has emphasized that timely submission of academic records is crucial for all eligible candidates.
