This decision follows controversies from previous examinations and aims to enhance security for over 22 lakh candidates. Personnel such as paper setters, moderators, and translators are prohibited from using mobile phones, laptops, and other communication devices to prevent leaks. The examination will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode from 2 PM to 5:15 PM across 551 cities in India and 14 cities internationally. The Ministry of Education and the National Testing Agency (NTA) have introduced a multi-layered security framework, which includes monitoring every stage of the examination process—from preparation to distribution.
