According to a senior GMDA official, the project will feature 5.5-metre-wide service roads on both sides, along with upgraded green belts, fencing, and footpaths. In addition to this, GMDA plans to construct a master sector road dividing sectors 109 and 102 at an estimated cost of ₹22 crore (approximately $2.65 million USD). This two-kilometre project will allocate ₹10 crore for the main carriageway and ₹12 crore for service roads, footpaths, and cycle tracks. Furthermore, a 700-metre outer road in Sector 114 will be built at a cost of ₹7.75 crore (approximately $930,000 USD), with completion expected within eight months of the work award.
