During a recent event, Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, emphasized his vision to transform Gorakhpur into a 'seven-star garbage-free city.' He inaugurated the Eco Park at the Ekla embankment, which was previously a dumping ground, and highlighted the city's progress over the last nine years. Adityanath unveiled 497 development projects worth ₹1,055 crore aimed at enhancing infrastructure and sustainability.
