Table Space, an enterprise managed office solutions provider, has announced an expansion of approximately 4.25 lakh square feet of premium Grade A managed workspace in Maharashtra, specifically across Pune and Navi Mumbai. The company has leased 3.76 lakh square feet in Pune's Wakad, Yerwada, and Koregaon Park, and around 50,000 square feet at Mindspace Airoli East in Navi Mumbai, part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). This expansion brings Table Space's total footprint in Maharashtra to 2.6 million square feet. Kunal Mehra, president and co-CEO of Table Space, stated that this move reflects a significant shift in how global companies approach their workplace needs, emphasizing 'speed-to-market' and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance. The Indian office market has seen a surge in leasing activity, with a record 29.9 million square feet leased in Q1 2026, primarily in Grade A assets. Global capability centres remain the largest end-users, leasing 14.4 million square feet of office space during this period. Average office rents in Navi Mumbai and Pune are ₹70 and ₹81 per square foot, respectively.
