- 01The ED's investigation was based on an FIR filed by the Special Police Establishment in October 2025, accusing Mehra of holding assets disproportionate to his income.
- 02Mehra's lawful income was reported to be around ₹4 crore, while his identified assets and expenditures exceeded ₹10 crore, leading to alleged disproportionate assets of about ₹6 crore.
- 03The ED recovered cash worth ₹8.79 lakh and gold jewellery valued at ₹3.51 crore from properties linked to Mehra.
- 04A luxury property known as Kasturi Krishi Farm in Narmadapuram district, valued at nearly ₹50 crore, was also identified as part of the attached assets.
- 05Investigators found that the explanations for the acquisition of these assets were unsubstantiated and lacked credible documentation.
