This growth was primarily due to a 62% reduction in provisions, which fell to ₹23 crore. However, the pre-provision operating profit decreased by 7% to ₹294 crore, influenced by a 9% rise in operational expenses and a 20% decline in other income. For the full fiscal year 2026 (FY26), the bank's net profit was ₹633 crore, marking a 7% increase from ₹594 crore in FY25, while operating profit rose 19% to ₹1,085 crore. The bank's net advances grew by 26% year-on-year, totaling ₹39,848 crore, with notable increases in gold loans (up 53%) and wholesale lending (up 37%). Despite a year-on-year decline in asset quality, the gross non-performing assets (NPA) ratio improved sequentially to 1.66% from 1.96% three months prior. Total deposits rose by 20% to ₹44,246 crore, with the current and savings account ratio at 20% by the end of the last fiscal year.
