The company achieved a 20.8% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, totaling ₹410 crore, compared to ₹339 crore in the same quarter last year. Its net profit more than doubled to ₹23 crore, up from ₹11.2 crore, driven by heightened demand from global capability centres (GCCs) and enterprises. Co-working spaces emerged as the primary revenue driver, contributing over 83% of total operating revenues, with a significant 26.8% increase in income from this segment, reaching ₹341.5 crore. Additionally, Awfis reported a total income of ₹429 crore, which includes ₹19 crore from other income sources. The company’s share price rose by 4.53%, closing at ₹359.1, resulting in a market capitalization of approximately ₹2,569 crore (around $270 million). Over the past year, Awfis has expanded its footprint by adding 41 new centres and 30,000 operational seats, now operating 266 centres across 18 cities and serving around 3,500 clients.
