The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the JEE Main Result 2026 on April 20, revealing that 11,10,904 candidates registered for the exam, with 1,034,330 appearing. Among them, 26 candidates achieved a perfect 100 percentile, including Shivansh Sinha from Delhi, who scored 99.96 percentile and secured AIR 593. Shivansh, a student at Amity International School in Saket, shared his preparation strategy, highlighting the significance of long-term planning, consistent study, and mock tests. He started preparing from class 10 and managed to balance his board exams effectively. Despite finding Chemistry challenging, he dedicated extra time to it and sought guidance from teachers. His daily study routine included 8-10 hours of focused study, and he emphasized the role of coaching and self-study in his success. Looking ahead, Shivansh is preparing for JEE Advanced with aspirations to study computer science and aims for a career in technology, a field he believes is crucial for development.
