On Wednesday, a Delhi court ordered the judicial custody of Prahlad Vithalrao Kulkarni and Shivraj Raghunath for 14 days in connection with the NEET paper leak case. Special Judge Vidya Prakash remanded both individuals until June 10, following the conclusion of their police custody. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a total of 13 suspects, including Kulkarni, who was a chemistry lecturer in Pune and had access to the NEET question papers as part of his role with the National Testing Agency (NTA). Reports indicate that Kulkarni, with the help of accomplice Manisha Waghmare, organized coaching classes at his home to prepare students for the exam. The CBI's investigation has also led to the arrests of other educators, including Doctor Manoj Shirure and physics teacher Tejas Harshadkumar Shah. The NEET exam, originally conducted on May 3, was cancelled amid the allegations, with a re-examination set for June 21.
