The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has announced plans to adorn the National Highway in SPSR Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, with yellow decorations ahead of its annual conclave, TDP Mahanadu, scheduled for May 27-29, 2026. TDP district President Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy and other party leaders, including MLC Beedha Ravichandra, have emphasized the need to decorate the highway from Tangutur to Tada with party flags, festoons, and banners to create a festive atmosphere for party cadre arriving from across the state. A meeting was held at the IFFCO Kisan SEZ, the venue for Mahanadu, where leaders discussed strategies to ensure the event's success. Additionally, various committees have been formed to handle different aspects of the conclave, with a formal meeting scheduled for May 13 to finalize preparations.
