IIT Roorkee, which conducted the exam, reported that the IIT Madras zone had the most successful candidates, with 14,294 qualifying. The director of IIT Roorkee, Kamal Kishore Pant, congratulated all candidates and encouraged participation in the counselling process, emphasizing that eligibility is based on Class 12 marks or percentile rankings.
