Xiaomi has officially announced the upcoming launch of the Xiaomi 17 Max in China, set for later this month. The smartphone features a 6.9-inch flat display with slim bezels and a distinctive squircle-shaped rear camera module. It will be available in three color options: White, Clear Blue, and Pixel Black, with one variant showcasing a carbon fiber-inspired finish. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, coupled with an 8,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging. The camera setup includes a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto, and another 50MP ultrawide camera. Pre-orders for the Xiaomi 17 Max are currently open, with prices starting at approximately $689.99 for the 256GB model and $1,030.37 for the 512GB variant.
