Adani Green Energy's stock increased by 2.45% to ₹1,244.30 after the company announced a 34.20% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹514 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to ₹383 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also improved, growing 16.05% YoY to ₹3,094 crore. Profit before exceptional items and tax was reported at ₹596 crore, a 3.47% rise from ₹576 crore in the previous year. Despite the quarterly gains, the company's full-year consolidated net profit slightly declined by 0.69% YoY to ₹1,987 crore, while revenue from operations increased 22.19% to ₹11,602 crore for FY26. Additionally, the board approved the reappointment of three independent directors, including Romesh Sobti, Neera Saggi, and Dr. Anup Shah, for new terms. Adani Green Energy, a leader in renewable energy in India and globally, is focused on expanding its capacity to 50 GW by 2030 to support India's decarbonization efforts.
