He underscored the relevance of the conference theme, 'Role of Aware Society and Legislators in Realizing Future Challenges and Goal of Viksit Bharat 2047,' aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for a developed India by 2047. Saini revealed that Haryana aims to exceed a $1 trillion economy and introduced the Haryana Vision Document-2047, which serves as a roadmap for future development. He emphasized the establishment of the Department of Future in 2025, aiming to integrate innovation and technology into governance. The Chief Minister called for a special Chintan Shivir for legislators to address grassroots challenges and foster meaningful policy dialogue.
