Manappuram Finance, a prominent non-banking financial institution in India, reported a remarkable turnaround in its Q4 FY26 performance, achieving a consolidated net profit of ₹403.96 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹191.17 crore in Q4 FY25. The company's total revenue from operations climbed by 10.71% year-on-year, reaching ₹2,613.83 crore. Additionally, the pre-tax profit surged to ₹563.81 crore, recovering from a pre-tax loss of ₹235.88 crore in the previous year. The assets under management (AUM) saw a significant increase of 48.3%, totaling ₹63,798 crore. However, on a full-year basis, the consolidated net profit fell by 17.51% to ₹993.14 crore, with total revenue declining by 5.01% to ₹9,509.39 crore for FY26 compared to FY25. The board also declared a dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, with a record date set for May 11, 2026. The stock price rallied 3.65%, closing at ₹305.25 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
