These projects span critical sectors such as roads, transportation, textiles, railways, and fuel. Modi will also dedicate the 'Sindhu Hospital' to the nation and address a BJP rally, emphasizing the party's growing support in Telangana amid dissatisfaction with the current government. The BJP state unit anticipates gaining momentum from this visit, with about two lakh (200,000) attendees expected at the rally. Security arrangements include the deployment of around 2,000 police personnel to ensure public safety during the event.
