Mendoza alleges that Clavicular took advantage of her when she was 16 years old, claiming he injected her with Aqualyx, a substance used to dissolve fat, without her consent and livestreamed the procedure. The lawsuit includes serious charges of battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Mendoza also claims excessive alcohol was served at a gathering at Clavicular's parents' house in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, leading to her incapacitation during which Clavicular allegedly engaged in sexual activity with her. Clavicular's attorney, Steve Kramer, has publicly denied the allegations, asserting they are unproven. In response to the situation, Clavicular expressed his frustrations on social media about women attempting to exploit him financially, sharing a personal anecdote about a woman seeking his credit card while he was hospitalized. As of now, Clavicular has not publicly addressed Mendoza's specific allegations.
