On Friday evening, Azad Bind, a 27-year-old groom from Badaur village in Uttar Pradesh, was shot dead by unidentified assailants while on his way to his wedding near Bibipur village. The incident occurred around 7 pm when masked attackers on a motorcycle intercepted Bind's vehicle and opened fire, causing panic among the wedding procession. Despite being rushed to a district hospital, he was declared dead upon arrival.
