Motorola has officially launched the Edge 70 Pro in India, expanding its Edge 70 series. This smartphone features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and peak brightness of 5,200 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP ultrawide camera, along with a 50MP front camera for selfies. The device packs a robust 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 90W wired charging and 5W reverse charging. Additional features include an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, MIL-STD 810H certification, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The Edge 70 Pro runs on Android 16 and promises three years of updates. It will be available in multiple colors starting at INR 38,999 ($415) for the 8GB/256GB variant, with sales commencing on April 29 through various online and offline channels.
