The company's revenue also saw a significant rise, reaching ₹4,055.9 crore, marking a 25% year-on-year growth. On a sequential basis, profit increased by 20.4%, while revenue grew by 7.3%. CEO Sandeep Kalra highlighted that this quarter marked the company's 24th consecutive quarter of growth, driven by an AI-first strategy that aligns with client demand in a rapidly evolving market. The Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹18 per share, which, pending approval, would bring the total dividend for FY26 to ₹40 per share, up from ₹35 in FY25. Total contract value (TCV) for the quarter was reported at $600.8 million, although it decreased from $674.5 million in the previous quarter. For the full fiscal year, Persistent's revenue grew 23.53% to ₹14,748.4 crore, with a 17.4% increase in US dollar terms. The company also expanded its workforce, adding 2,908 employees to reach a total of 27,508.
