Each card is tailored to different customer demographics, from affluent individuals to new credit users. A standout feature of the AU Ananta Credit Card is complimentary airport lounge access when booking flights, emphasizing the bank's focus on providing value beyond traditional rewards. The cards also offer various cashback and rewards across multiple categories, including travel, groceries, and entertainment. Customers can benefit from waived annual fees by reaching certain spending thresholds, and the bank's expansion plans include transitioning to a Universal Bank. As of March 31, 2026, AU Small Finance Bank reported a deposit base of ₹1.52 lakh crore (approximately $18.3 billion USD) and a loan portfolio of ₹1.40 lakh crore (approximately $16.8 billion USD), serving over 1.2 crore (12 million) customers through 2,790 banking touchpoints across India.
