In Mumbai, three individuals, including Rishi Tushar Arote (24), a former Ranji Trophy player from Vadodara, Gujarat, have been arrested for their involvement in a cyber fraud scheme that defrauded victims of ₹32 lakh (approximately $39,000 USD).
