Bharti Airtel has announced the deployment of over 4,300 new 5G sites in eastern Uttar Pradesh within the last 12 months, significantly enhancing its network presence across the region. This large-scale expansion encompasses 48 districts, providing high-speed connectivity to approximately 34 million people in urban centers, growth towns, and remote rural areas. By adding an average of 12 new sites daily, Airtel aims to ensure consistent performance for various digital activities, including work, education, entertainment, and digital payments. Major cities such as Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, and Jhansi will directly benefit from this improved network footprint.
