Shree KB Group, a prominent real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India, is set to invest ₹425 crore in its upcoming commercial project, KB West Walk, located in Greater Noida West. The project will cover 2.9 acres and will feature a total leasable area of 7.5 lakh square feet. Of the total investment, approximately ₹122 crore will be allocated for land acquisition, while ₹300 crore is earmarked for construction. The development will include 1,290 units available for sale and lease. Rakesh Singhal, the founder of Shree KB Group, mentioned that the project is in advanced discussions with leading retail, food and beverage, and entertainment brands. The completion of KB West Walk is anticipated by October 2030. Shree KB Group, established in 2005, has previously completed the KB Complex, a notable commercial landmark of 145,000 square feet.
