Nimbus Projects, a prominent real estate developer based in New Delhi, reported a remarkable 77% increase in sales bookings, reaching ₹281.24 crore in the March quarter of the last fiscal year, up from ₹158.90 crore in the same period the previous year. For the entire fiscal year 2025-26, the company achieved total sales bookings of ₹545 crore, compared to ₹653 crore in the preceding fiscal year 2024-25. Bipin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, attributed this growth to sustained homebuyer confidence and a disciplined sales strategy, which has effectively converted bookings into collections, thereby strengthening the company's cash flow. Founded in 1993, Nimbus Group has successfully delivered numerous residential and commercial projects in the Noida and Greater Noida regions.
