During a review meeting regarding the development of the Gnana Saraswati Temple in Basara, he instructed officials to adopt regulations similar to those at Tirumala temple to preserve the spiritual atmosphere. The proposed development plan for the Basara temple is estimated to cost ₹225 crore. Reddy emphasized the importance of adhering to temple traditions and ensuring that the sentiments of devotees are respected. He also proposed the construction of a health center to serve devotees during major festivals and instructed that only electric vehicles (EVs) be allowed inside temple grounds.
