Emerald Leisures, a company traditionally focused on hospitality and club services, saw its stock rise 3.24% to ₹199 after securing a letter of intent (LoI) for a residential redevelopment project at Swastik Park in Chembur, Mumbai. This project is projected to generate approximately ₹600 crore in revenue and represents a strategic move towards real estate development. Jaydeep Vinod Mehta, the Director of Emerald Leisures, stated that this project will not only enhance their real estate presence but also contribute to long-term value creation. The upcoming development will include around 1,75,000 sq.ft. of saleable area, offering Vastu compliant 2, 3, and 4 BHK flats, and is located in a well-connected suburb. The company's revenue from operations increased by 8.3% year-on-year to ₹4.70 crore in Q3 FY26, while it reported a consolidated net loss of ₹2.25 crore, slightly improved from a loss of ₹2.48 crore in the same quarter last year.
