The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced that it will reopen its official portal on April 6 and 7, 2026, to allow schools to upload pending practical examination marks for Class 12 students. This decision comes in response to significant delays that have affected 34,637 students across 652 practical examination centres in the state. UPMSP Secretary Bhagwati Singh stated that the reopening aims to ensure a smooth evaluation process and prevent further disruptions to students' academic progression. Previously, the deadline for submission was set for February 13, 2026, but many schools encountered technical difficulties that hindered timely uploads. The Board has mandated that all schools and external examiners complete the upload process during the reopened window, warning of strict actions against non-compliance, including accountability measures for delays. This initiative is crucial for the accurate evaluation of students' final results, which rely on both theory and practical marks.
