During the convocation ceremony at Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts in Rohtak, Haryana Governor Ashim Kumar Ghosh acknowledged the growing recognition of Haryana's artists across India for their talent in folk traditions, music, and performing arts.
