Tamil Nadu has achieved a remarkable pass percentage of 99.91% in the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) and ISC (Indian School Certificate) exams, as announced by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). In Class X, all 2,997 girls who appeared for the exam passed, while 99.8% of the 3,434 boys also succeeded. In Class XII, 99.9% of the 1,501 girls and 99.9% of the 1,804 boys passed. Top scorer V Samyuktha from Primrose Schools in Injambakkam achieved 392/400 marks, expressing her gratitude to her teachers. Other notable performances included R S Navya, who scored 391/400, and K Saiprasad from Vaels International School, who scored 490/500 in Class X. School officials highlighted the encouraging results, noting that 24 ICSE students achieved centum scores, particularly in Biology. Vellore International School, a newcomer to the ICSE/ISC domain, also celebrated a 100% pass rate, indicating a positive trend in educational performance across the state.
