In the recent examinations conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), two students from Mumbai achieved a perfect score of 100% in the ISC Class 12 exams, while a student from Mira Road scored 100% in the ICSE Class 10 exams. The overall pass percentage for ICSE students in Maharashtra rose to 99.93%, up from 99.90% last year, and the ISC pass rate increased to 99.88% from 99.81%. Sonit Mukesh Devpura, an ICSE topper from N L Dalmia High School, attributed his success to regular assessments and effective time management. Annanya Desai from Jamnabai Narsee School and Kimaya Bauva from Sulochanadevi Singhania School also scored 100% in ISC, with both students planning to pursue higher education in fields like computer science and business administration, respectively. The BMC-run Mumbai Public School achieved a 100% pass rate, with all 27 students passing the ICSE exams, highlighting the effectiveness of practice exams in preparation.
