LTM (formerly LTIMindtree) reported a 44.57% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹1,387.3 crore in Q4 FY26, alongside a 4.74% rise in revenue from operations to ₹11,291.7 crore. Year-on-year, net profit grew 22.92%, while revenue increased 15.56%. The company also noted a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹1,818.8 crore. Despite a 1.5% QoQ decline in EBITDA to ₹1,973 crore, the EBITDA margin improved to 17.5% compared to 16.3% in the same quarter last year. In dollar terms, revenue was $1,222.4 million, reflecting a 1.19% QoQ increase. LTM's CEO, Venu Lambu, emphasized the company's strategic shift towards AI and its commitment to driving innovation. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹53 per equity share, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shares of LTM fell 4.54% to ₹4,315 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
