LTM (formerly LTIMindtree), part of the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group, reported a 23.37% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹1,392.3 crore for the January-March quarter of FY26, compared to ₹1,128.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations also saw a significant increase of 15.55%, reaching ₹11,291.7 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹9,771.7 crore in Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profit and revenue rose by 43.44% and 4.73%, respectively. For the entire fiscal year of 2025-26, LTM's profit increased by 9.12% to ₹5,018.1 crore, with total revenue growing by 11.31% to ₹42,307.6 crore. CEO Venu Lambu highlighted the company's strategic shift towards an AI-centric model, leveraging the BlueVerse platform and enhancing talent transformation. The company appointed Vipul Chandra as the Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer, effective April 23, 2026. LTM's employee count grew to 87,950, up from 84,307 in the previous year. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹53 per equity share. Following the announcement, LTM shares closed 1.83% lower at ₹4,520.25 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
