Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on Friday that an initial review revealed no complaints regarding allegations at its Nashik unit on either its ethics or Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) channels. CEO K Krithivasan emphasized the company's commitment to employee welfare and institutional conduct, stating that operations at the Nashik unit remain unaffected. TCS has initiated an independent investigation, engaging external experts from Deloitte and Trilegal to assist in the internal probe, led by Aarthi Subramanian, TCS's president and chief operating officer. An oversight committee, chaired by independent director Keki Mistry, has also been established to review the findings and implement recommendations. Krithivasan clarified that Nida Khan, mentioned in connection with the allegations, was a process associate without any recruitment responsibilities. TCS continues to cooperate with law enforcement to ensure a thorough investigation.
