Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has issued a statement clarifying that Nida Khan, who has been implicated in allegations of a harassment network at the company's Nashik BPO, is not an HR manager and did not hold any leadership position. TCS emphasized that it has not received any complaints of sexual harassment, stating, “Our preliminary review indicates that we have not received any complaints of the nature that are being alleged.” The company has engaged Deloitte and the law firm Trilegal to assist in an internal investigation led by Aarthi Subramanian, TCS President and COO. Additionally, TCS has formed an Oversight committee chaired by Keki Mistry, an independent director. Meanwhile, police have filed nine FIRs related to the case, with seven employees currently in custody. The investigation is being conducted by a Special Investigation Team led by a female deputy commissioner of police, following a 40-day undercover operation involving female officers posing as recruits.
