Signature Global, a prominent real estate developer based in Gurugram, aims to launch projects valued at ₹15,000 crore (approximately $1.8 billion USD) in the financial year 2026-27. Chairman and Managing Director Pradeep Aggarwal announced plans to achieve a 21% increase in sales bookings, targeting ₹10,000 crore (roughly $1.2 billion USD) this fiscal year. The company anticipates that ₹6,000 crore of this will come from new projects, including a collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini, valued at ₹4,000 crore to ₹4,500 crore. Additionally, two large projects, each around 2 million square feet, are expected to contribute a combined gross development value of ₹8,000 crore to ₹9,000 crore. Despite a 20% decline in sales bookings in FY26, attributed to market softness, Aggarwal noted an improved market sentiment compared to the previous year. Signature Global's shares closed at ₹867.25 on the BSE, reflecting a 3.02% decline in intraday trading.
