Actress Kareena Kapoor recently took to Instagram to convey her belief in justice following a significant ruling by the Delhi High Court. The court granted interim relief to her sister Karisma Kapoor's children, Samaira and Kiaan, amid their ongoing dispute over the will of their late father, Sunjay Kapur. The court issued an injunction preventing Priya Kapur from accessing or dealing with Sunjay's assets while the case is pending. Justice Jyoti Singh emphasized the need to preserve the estate, given the suspicious circumstances surrounding the will's authenticity. Karisma's children have challenged a will dated March 21, 2025, which they claim was forged to exclude them from their father's estate. They allege that the will was tampered with while Sunjay was on holiday. Sunjay Kapur, who was 53 at the time of his passing in June 2025, reportedly died from a heart attack while playing polo in the United Kingdom.
