On Monday, Haryana's Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda undertook a surprise inspection of the higher and elementary education departments in Panchkula. This initiative aims to improve administrative efficiency within the state government. During the visit, Dhanda reviewed staff attendance, assessed pending files, and interacted with employees to stress the importance of transparency and timely service delivery. He warned that negligence would not be tolerated and that disciplinary action would follow for any dereliction of duty. The minister also called for the immediate clearance of long-pending files within a week and emphasized the need for daily updates of departmental data online. Additionally, he addressed employee welfare issues, ensuring that medical reimbursement bills are processed promptly. Dhanda plans to conduct performance reviews every 15 days to monitor the implementation of departmental instructions and timelines, holding employees accountable for their responsibilities.
