Innovision has announced the receipt of a letter of award (LoA) for a contract valued at ₹3.01 crore (approximately $363,000 USD) from the MP East Zone Electricity Distribution Co. The contract, awarded on April 24, 2026, will involve the supply of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor and will be executed on an annual basis. This award follows a competitive bidding process conducted by the Office of the Superintending Engineer (Operation) Circle in Rampur, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Innovision clarified that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring that the deal does not qualify as a related party transaction. Additionally, Innovision reported a 43.27% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹4.47 crore for Q3 FY26, alongside a 2.12% rise in revenue from operations to ₹233.26 crore compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year. Despite this positive financial performance, shares of Innovision experienced a decline of 3.43%, closing at ₹328.95 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
