Atari, in collaboration with Digital Eclipse, is set to release 12 classic Toy Story and Pixar games for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in October 2026. The first release, 'Toy Story: Retro Roundup!', will debut on October 15, featuring 11 classic titles, including various versions of Toy Story from Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Game Boy, along with Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue! and A Bug's Life. Following this, 'Toy Story 3: Complete Edition' will launch on October 16, offering a remastered version of the beloved 2010 platformer. This edition will include the fan-favorite Toy Box Mode and multiplayer options, allowing players to enjoy split-screen gameplay. Notably, players will also have the chance to play as Emperor Zurg on Xbox, a character previously exclusive to the PlayStation 3 version. With achievements support for the classic titles, fans can look forward to a nostalgic gaming experience this October.
