Valor Estate, formerly known as DB Realty, experienced a 15.47% surge in its share price, reaching ₹119.25, following a favorable ruling from the Bombay High Court. The court dismissed an appeal concerning a 205-acre land parcel in Bhayandar, Thane district, which is owned by Miraland Developers, the company's wholly owned subsidiary. The Union of India had previously challenged the land's title through its Salt Department, pursuing the matter across various legal platforms. A civil court in Thane had initially dismissed the Salt Department's claim in April 2018, leading to the appeal filed in 2019. The High Court's decision on 30 April 2026 upheld the earlier judgment, affirming Miraland Developers' ownership and concluding a litigation that has lasted over 40 years. In addition, Valor Estate reported a remarkable 1263.38% increase in net profit, amounting to ₹62.17 crore, and a 60.60% rise in net sales to ₹529.18 crore for Q3 December 2025 compared to the same period in the previous year.
