Nvidia has begun rolling out early access to its GeForce Now cloud gaming service in India, allowing gamers to stream a vast library of over 4,500 games without the need for high-end hardware. This service supports various devices, including PCs, Macs, smartphones, smart TVs, and handheld consoles, and is compatible with platforms like Steam and Xbox Game Pass. Users can join a waitlist for invitations, which will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The early access phase includes two paid tiers: the Performance tier at ₹999 (roughly $12 USD) and the Ultimate tier at ₹1,999 (approximately $24 USD). Additionally, users can purchase 200GB of persistent storage for ₹299. The Ultimate tier offers impressive streaming capabilities, supporting resolutions up to 5K at 120fps and featuring low latency modes. Nvidia's advanced infrastructure promises enhanced performance, with each instance delivering up to 62 teraflops of compute performance. A free tier is anticipated to be introduced shortly, expanding access to more gamers.
