CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh revealed plans to supply Ganga water for drinking in new urban clusters near the Noida International Airport. This initiative is part of a broader strategy that includes the construction of a 130-metre-wide road to enhance connectivity to the airport, which will link Noida, Ghaziabad, and surrounding areas. Yeida is also set to hold ground-breaking ceremonies for 15 major companies in the next two months, with a projected investment of around ₹25,000 crore (approximately $3 billion USD) expected to create 15,000 jobs. Additionally, five acres of land will be allocated for worker housing, integrating affordable housing into builder projects and implementing the Pradhan Mantri Urban Housing Scheme. Yeida's master plan for 125,000 hectares is nearing completion, and it aims to transform the region into a key industrial hub, having already facilitated investments of ₹50,000 crore (approximately $6 billion USD) and employment for 4 lakh (400,000) people.
