Amit Chadha (CEO and Managing Director of L&T Technology Services) received a total remuneration of ₹14.96 crore for the financial year 2025-26, reflecting a 17.4% decline from the previous year. His compensation package included a base salary of ₹5.77 crore, a commission of ₹2.62 crore, and variable pay of ₹1.68 crore. Additionally, he earned ₹4.88 crore in perquisites related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Despite the reduction in his pay, Chadha's remuneration was 147.63 times the median salary of LTTS employees, which increased by 3.91% to ₹10.1 lakh. LTTS reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,279.2 crore for FY26, a slight increase of 0.98% from ₹1,266.7 crore in FY25, while revenue from operations rose 14% to ₹10,995.9 crore. The company also achieved large-deal bookings exceeding USD 850 million and employed 23,830 individuals by the end of FY26.
