Born in Nashville to John Wayne Hill and Lisa Allison Hill, he was a dedicated student at Columbia State Community College, focusing on business accounting. Eli was a member of Franklin 1st United Methodist Church and was known for his exceptional cooking skills. His compassionate nature was evident through his volunteer work with several organizations, including the American Red Cross and Second Harvest Food Bank. Eli's generous decision to become an organ and tissue donor is expected to impact the lives of over 80 individuals. A Donor Walk honoring his memory was held on May 8, 2026, at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin.
